I started the love for beauty at the age of thirteen. Watching my nana apply cosmetics as a young boy and seeing how it enhanced her natural beauty inspired me to want to know more. As the years went on, I dreamt of creating my own cosmetic line. At the age of eighteen, I landed my first cosmetic job at an Estee Lauder counter. From there I continued my cosmetic journey for twelve years in various positions. In 2021, I went to nursing school and earned my associate of science in nursing. From there I continued my education in 2023, earning my Bachelor of Science in nursing. Now, Aristotle Cosmetics is a brand where science meets beauty. I want every individual to feel and see a difference when wearing Aristotle Cosmetics. My motto is "Why be pretty when you can be gorgeous?"

Aristotle Cosmetics is about philosophy meets physics of color. Blending modern scientific principles to create unique and effective products. This innovative approach recognizes cosmetics not merely as superficial enhancements but as extensions of a deeper philosophical engagement with aesthetics and well-being, akin to Aristotle's holistic view of knowledge. Just as Aristotle emphasized the cultivation of the whole person, Aristotle Cosmetics endeavors to nurture both external beauty and internal harmony through formulations that respect the intricate relationship between human physiology and environmental factors.

My passion began back when I was just a pre-teen trying to understand myself.

Growing up with acne-prone skin, I experienced firsthand how deeply skin concerns can

affect confidence and self-expression. Through years of learning, trial, and dedication,

skincare became more than an everyday routine for me—it became a tool for

empowerment. Truly, skincare has helped shape who I am today.

I am currently a college student at the University of Arizona, where my education has

strengthened my appreciation for research and critical thinking. Being in school has

taught me that not every product works the same for everyone. Understanding

ingredients, formulations, and individual skin types is essential when choosing what’s

best for you.

Alongside my studies, I enjoy digital content creation as a way to educate, connect, and

share honest insights to others. My creative drive has always moved me towards what I

am passionate about. Then, my dream came true of getting to work for a company that I

am wildly passionate about their motive to educate and create a change in the

cosmetics market. Aristotle Cosmetics was made with the belief that skincare should be

thoughtful, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual. My goal is to help others

feel confident in their skin by providing knowledge, transparency, and products rooted in

both personal experience and informed research.

Hi, I’m Hailey Styron. I’ve always been drawn to beauty and self-care since I was old enough to watch my mom and sister sit in front of a mirror, listening to music, acting like nothing else mattered besides what they were focused on. That to me is beauty—taking time for yourself, The details, and the way intentional care can make you feel confident and empowered by taking a few minutes for yourself. I love exploring skincare, makeup, and wellness not just as trends, but as ways to honor yourself and feel your best every day.

I work in social media at Aristotle Cosmetics, where I get to bring my passion for beauty into the digital space. I focus on creating content that reflects the brand’s values and connects with people in a way that is genuine and inspiring. Crafting posts that are both polished and meaningful is something I truly enjoy.

For me, beauty is more than appearances—it’s about care, confidence, and taking that moment for yourself that makes you feel intentional and confident. Sharing that feeling online and helping others experience it is what makes my work so rewarding.
